On July 16 2011, a sweet 16 birthday party was held for my cousin Tiffany Chao! It still seems like yesterday that she was crawling around the floor in her grandparents’ house as a baby. She has definitely grown up a lot since those early days. It was a great time at the party, everyone enjoyed themselves and had tons of fun!
